ALL cohort

Description

This dataset is from Ines Sentís preject (a former PhD student from the lab).
These are Whole Genome Sequencings from 19 adult T-ALL patients, with primary and relapsed samples, from Hospital del Mar (collaboration with Anna Bigas).
